Your concierge accompanies you on arrival, on departure or when you change planes, and takes care of everything at the airport that saps your energy.
Your concierge takes care of:
- Welcome with a name sign at the agreed meeting point
- Escort at your pace, without any rush
- Help with luggage, 3 pieces of luggage included
- Support with check-in, checks and formalities
- On arrival, handover to the people collecting you
If two of you are travelling, we accompany you both in the same booking. Each additional person costs €119.00.

Reachable on the day
Give us a mobile number on which the traveller can be reached on the day of travel.
Who drops off, who collects?
In the notes field, tell us who is dropping off or collecting and anything we should look out for.
Confirmation to you
The confirmation with the meeting point goes to the email address you provide.
Mobility
Wheelchairs and mobility assistance.
If you rely on a wheelchair or cannot walk far, you are entitled to free assistance at the airport in the EU (Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006). Please request this assistance from your airline at least 48 hours before departure.
Our concierge does not replace this assistance but complements it: they accompany you personally, take care of luggage and formalities and coordinate with airport staff.

Is Fast Track through the checks included?
No. Airport Concierge does not include Fast Track. Your concierge accompanies you, but at check-in, security, passport and customs control and boarding the same procedures and waiting times apply to you as to all other passengers.
Does my concierge provide a wheelchair?
No. The airport provides wheelchairs and mobility assistance free of charge if you request the assistance from your airline. Your concierge accompanies you in addition.
Can two of us travel together?
Yes. Each additional person in the same booking costs €119.00, so a couple pays €357.00.
Is assistance in another language possible?
Assistance in an additional language is available on request, as is interpreting by phone or video, subject to availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your concierge knows the current status of your flight and plans accordingly. 2.5 hours of service are included. If your appointment takes longer, we charge €59.50 per 30 minutes.
If your flight time changes through no fault of your own, you can cancel free of charge.
How can I cancel or rebook?
Up to 48 hours before the service starts, cancellation and rebooking are free. Between 48 and 24 hours before, we charge 50% for a cancellation or €30.00 for a rebooking. After that, and in case of no-show, the full price is due.
