- Several service agents, depending on group size
- 2 pieces of luggage per person
- Escort through the checks and baggage claim to the exit or the gate
- The group rate applies automatically from 10 people
More luggage? The porter service assigns as many porters as needed. With the porter service you can also book a large luggage transfer, with no upper limit on the number of pieces.

Is Fast Track through the checks included?
No. Airport Concierge does not include Fast Track. Your concierge accompanies you, but at check-in, security, passport and customs control and boarding the same procedures and waiting times apply to you as to all other passengers.
From how many people does the group rate apply?
From 10 people. The calculator switches the rate automatically. For groups of more than 50 people, please contact us directly.
Our participants are arriving on different flights.
No problem. We plan several meeting points and times based on your participant list. This is charged by effort.
Can we see the prices without VAT?
Yes, in the price list on the homepage. The group rate is €110.00 net per person.
What does extra luggage cost?
The group rate includes 2 pieces of luggage per person. For more luggage, add the porter service.
How can I cancel or rebook?
Up to 48 hours before the service starts, cancellation and rebooking are free. Between 48 and 24 hours before, we charge 50% for a cancellation or €30.00 for a rebooking. After that, and in case of no-show, the full price is due.
