Is Fast Track through the checks included?
No. Airport Concierge does not include Fast Track. Your concierge accompanies you, but at check-in, security, passport and customs control and boarding the same procedures and waiting times apply to you as to all other passengers.
When should I be at the airport?
As early as your airline recommends. We agree the meeting point and time with your confirmation. 2.5 hours of service are included.
Will my concierge accompany me through security?
No. Your concierge accompanies you to security and waits for you again after the check. For organisational reasons, they cannot go through security together with you.
What happens if my departure time changes?
If your flight time changes through no fault of your own, you can cancel free of charge. If your appointment takes longer than 2.5 hours, we charge €59.50 per 30 minutes.
I’m travelling with a lot of luggage.
Meet & Assist includes 3 pieces of luggage. For more, book the porter service: on departure, a porter carries up to 6 pieces, and up to 3 more cost €11.90 each.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. When booking, enter your guest’s name as it should appear on the sign, plus a mobile number on which they can be reached on the day of travel. The confirmation goes to the email address you provide.
In the notes field, tell us who is dropping off or collecting and anything we should look out for.
How can I cancel or rebook?
Up to 48 hours before the service starts, cancellation and rebooking are free. Between 48 and 24 hours before, we charge 50% for a cancellation or €30.00 for a rebooking. After that, and in case of no-show, the full price is due.
