We check availability and reply by email within 8 hours. With the confirmation you receive the meeting point and your contact person.

Your concierge awaits you with a name sign and knows whether your flight is landing early or late.

If needed, you go through passport control together, then on to the baggage belt.

Is Fast Track through the checks included?
No. Airport Concierge does not include Fast Track. Your concierge accompanies you, but at check-in, security, passport and customs control and boarding the same procedures and waiting times apply to you as to all other passengers.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your concierge knows the current status of your flight and plans accordingly. 2.5 hours of service are included. If your appointment takes longer, we charge €59.50 per 30 minutes.
If your flight time changes through no fault of your own, you can cancel free of charge.
Where do I meet my concierge?
We give you the meeting point in your confirmation. Your concierge holds a sign with your name.
Is the service worth it on flights from within the Schengen Area?
On flights from within the Schengen Area there is no passport control. Your concierge still welcomes you after landing and accompanies you via the baggage belt to the exit.
I have more than 3 pieces of luggage.
Add the porter service to your booking. On arrival, a porter carries up to 5 pieces; up to 3 more cost €11.90 each.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. When booking, enter your guest’s name as it should appear on the sign, plus a mobile number on which they can be reached on the day of travel. The confirmation goes to the email address you provide.
In the notes field, tell us who is dropping off or collecting and anything we should look out for.
How can I cancel or rebook?
Up to 48 hours before the service starts, cancellation and rebooking are free. Between 48 and 24 hours before, we charge 50% for a cancellation or €30.00 for a rebooking. After that, and in case of no-show, the full price is due.
