A porter takes care of your luggage: on arrival from the baggage belt to the drop-off, on departure from the drop-off to check-in. You walk with your hands free.

- Departure: from the drop-off to check-in, up to 6 pieces of luggage
- Arrival: from the baggage belt to the drop-off, up to 5 pieces of luggage
- 1 hour of service
- Up to 3 more pieces per porter at €11.90 each
- For even more luggage, an additional porter for €119.00
On departure, the porter service ends at check-in. If you would like to be escorted to the gate, book Meet & Assist Departure.

Is Fast Track through the checks included?
No. Airport Concierge does not include Fast Track. Your concierge accompanies you, but at check-in, security, passport and customs control and boarding the same procedures and waiting times apply to you as to all other passengers.
How many porters do I need?
A porter carries 6 pieces on departure and 5 on arrival, plus up to 3 more. From the next piece on, we assign an additional porter. The calculator works this out automatically.
Will the porter accompany me through security?
No. On departure, the porter service ends at check-in. To be escorted to the gate, book Meet & Assist Departure.
What counts as special or oversized luggage?
For example golf bags, bicycles or large instruments. We charge a surcharge of 20 to 100% per piece, depending on size and weight. We confirm the exact price in advance.
Can I add a luggage transfer?
Yes. With the porter service you can book a luggage transfer: within 7 km for €89.25 or up to 30 km for €142.80 (up to 10 pieces) or €238.00 (from 11 pieces, no upper limit). Only luggage is transported, not passengers.
Can I combine a porter with Meet & Assist?
Yes. Choose one service in the form and mention the second in the notes field.
How can I cancel or rebook?
Up to 48 hours before the service starts, cancellation and rebooking are free. Between 48 and 24 hours before, we charge 50% for a cancellation or €30.00 for a rebooking. After that, and in case of no-show, the full price is due.
