No standard programme, but a service built around you. Your personal concierge knows your flight, your luggage and your wishes, welcomes you with a name sign and guides you through the airport at your own pace. Travelling alone, with family or in a group: you decide what we take care of. Fixed price, VAT included.

Is Fast Track through the checks included?
No. Airport Concierge does not include Fast Track. Your concierge accompanies you, but at check-in, security, passport and customs control and boarding the same procedures and waiting times apply to you as to all other passengers.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Meet & Assist includes 2.5 hours of service, the porter service 1 hour. If your appointment takes longer, we charge additional waiting time: €59.50 for Meet & Assist, €44.63 for the porter service per 30 minutes.
If your flight time changes through no fault of your own, you can cancel free of charge.
How can I cancel or rebook?
Up to 48 hours before the service starts, cancellation and rebooking are free. Between 48 and 24 hours before, we charge 50% for a cancellation or €30.00 for a rebooking. After that, and in case of no-show, the full price is due.
How late can I book?
Even less than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. For short-notice bookings we charge a surcharge of 20%. The calculator includes it automatically.
How do I recognise my concierge?
At the meeting point your concierge holds a sign with your name. We tell you the meeting point in the confirmation.
I have a lot of or bulky luggage. What should I know?
The porter service includes 5 pieces on arrival and 6 on departure. Up to 3 more cost €11.90 each. For even more luggage we assign an additional porter.
For special and oversized luggage we charge a surcharge of 20 to 100% per piece, depending on size and weight. We confirm the exact price in advance.
I use a wheelchair. What should I know?
Airports in the EU offer free assistance to travellers with reduced mobility (Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006). Please request this assistance from your airline at least 48 hours before departure.
Our concierge complements this service: they accompany you personally, take care of luggage and formalities and coordinate with airport staff.
Are there offers for business customers?
Yes. For companies we create custom reports, dedicated booking formats or a dedicated service line, billed by effort. In the price list you can display all prices without VAT.
