We cannot guarantee the connection itself, as flight times and queues at the checks are beyond our control. What we do make sure of is that you lose no time looking for your way.

Schengen or not?
If you switch between a flight from outside and a flight within the Schengen Area, there is an extra passport control. Your concierge goes with you.
Long layover?
2.5 hours of service are included. For longer stays, we charge €59.50 per 30 minutes.

Assistance in an additional language or interpreting by phone or video, subject to availability.

Is Fast Track through the checks included?
No. Airport Concierge does not include Fast Track. Your concierge accompanies you, but at check-in, security, passport and customs control and boarding the same procedures and waiting times apply to you as to all other passengers.
What happens if my inbound flight is delayed?
Your concierge knows the current status and waits for you. 2.5 hours of service are included; after that, we charge €59.50 per 30 minutes.
If you still miss your connection, your airline is responsible for rebooking you. Your concierge takes you to the right desk.
Do I need to collect my luggage?
Only if it is not checked through to your final destination, for example with separate tickets. You can see this on your baggage receipt, or ask at check-in for your first flight.
What details do you need?
The date, flight number and scheduled landing time of your inbound flight, plus the flight number of your connecting flight. The booking form asks for both.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. When booking, enter your guest’s name as it should appear on the sign, plus a mobile number on which they can be reached on the day of travel. The confirmation goes to the email address you provide.
In the notes field, tell us who is dropping off or collecting and anything we should look out for.
How can I cancel or rebook?
Up to 48 hours before the service starts, cancellation and rebooking are free. Between 48 and 24 hours before, we charge 50% for a cancellation or €30.00 for a rebooking. After that, and in case of no-show, the full price is due.
