Anyone coming to see you at the fair shouldn’t have to find their own way first.
Our service for exhibitors, organisers and agencies:
- Welcome for your guests with a name sign after landing
- Escort through passport control and baggage claim to the exit
- Porter service for sample cases and heavy luggage
- Luggage transfer, available with the porter service (luggage only, no passengers)
- After the fair: escort to the gate for departure
The airport gets busy during trade fair weeks. Enquire early, especially for groups. Short-notice bookings under 24 hours are possible subject to availability, with a 20% surcharge.

Register your guests
Name, flight and arrival time for each guest via the form, or as a list by email if you have many guests.

Receive confirmation
We reply by email within 8 hours and confirm each appointment with meeting point and contact person.

Welcome with a name sign
Your guests are welcomed after landing and escorted through the airport.

Handover at the exit
At the exit we hand your guests over to their driver or the people collecting them. If you wish, a luggage transfer takes the luggage to the fair or the hotel.

Is Fast Track through the checks included?
No. Airport Concierge does not include Fast Track. Your concierge accompanies you, but at check-in, security, passport and customs control and boarding the same procedures and waiting times apply to you as to all other passengers.
How do I book for many guests at once?
If 10 or more guests arrive on the same flight, the group rate applies. If your guests arrive at different times, send us your list by email. We plan the appointments individually and charge by effort.
Who receives the confirmation?
The email address you give when booking. If you book for guests, enter your own address and the guest’s mobile number.
Will you take our guests to the fair?
No, we do not transport passengers. On request, a luggage transfer takes your guests’ luggage to the fair or the hotel: up to 30 km at a fixed price, longer distances on request.
Can we see the prices without VAT?
Yes, in the price list on the homepage you can display all prices without VAT.
How can I cancel or rebook?
Up to 48 hours before the service starts, cancellation and rebooking are free. Between 48 and 24 hours before, we charge 50% for a cancellation or €30.00 for a rebooking. After that, and in case of no-show, the full price is due.
